About This Course
Generative AI can do more than answer questions. It can be shaped into a custom AI agent that supports specific tasks at work. In this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn the foundations of Generative AI, guide it effectively and responsibly through structured instructions, and build your own conversational AI agent using a no-code platform. You will ground it in relevant knowledge and tailor it to a real workplace use case, leaving with the practical skills to apply AI agents in your day-to-day work.
What You'll Learn
• Apply structured prompting techniques to guide AI agents effectively, safely and responsibly.
• Design and build a no-code conversational an AI agent tailored to a workplace use case.
• Ground the AI agent in relevant knowledge using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to produce more contextual and reliable responses.
Entry Requirements
Language and literacy proficiency: Able to read, write, speak and understand English at a level sufficient to participate in the training and complete the written and practical assessments.
Prerequisite skills and knowledge: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with using a web browser. Prior basic usage of Generative AI tools would be useful. No coding knowledge is required.
Required years of experience in relevant domain: No prior experience in AI development, programming or a related domain is required.
Minimum education level: Diploma, professional qualification or equivalent relevant workplace experience.
