About This Course
This course is designed to equip learners with the essential knowledge, skills and a variety of tools and resources that to enhance their proficiency in developing Enterprise Architecture blueprints by utilising business modelling techniques/tools and analyse critical elements of an enterprise structure, including capabilities, governance structure, and business processes.
This course equips learners to champion Information Technology (IT) initiatives as a IT Architect. They will build skills in crafting persuasive business cases, analysing Return on Investment (ROI), and presenting justifications to senior stakeholders. Additionally, they will develop strategic planning, prioritisation, and long-term strategy for IT solutions. Finally, they will also master enterprise architecture, from gap analysis to best practices in requirement gathering, and recommend frameworks that ensure compliance and effective communication.
