Building Circular Supply Chain Resilience with Systems Intelligence
About This Course
Supply chain resilience has become a strategic priority as organisations navigate disruption, volatility, and increasing interdependencies across global networks. Building a resilient supply chain requires moving beyond linear models towards more adaptive, interconnected systems.
This module focuses on redesigning supply chains and operating models as interconnected systems rather than linear flows. Participants apply systems intelligence to improve circularity, resilience, and performance across organisational boundaries, with emphasis on governance arrangements, partner collaboration, end to end optimisation, and shared purpose and accountability across ecosystems.
