Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Reporting & Governance: Embedding Sustainability into Enterprise Performance
About This Course
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting and governance are evolving from compliance-driven activities into core drivers of sustainability performance and enterprise value. Leading organisations are moving beyond disclosure to embed sustainability directly into how decisions are made, measured, and managed.
This module examines how ESG reporting frameworks can be integrated with governance structures to strengthen accountability and operational performance. It explores the design of decision rights, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and escalation pathways that that embed sustainability into management cadence and operational decision-making.
Participants will develop the capability to align ESG governance with enterprise performance systems, ensuring sustainability is embedded into management cadence, incentives, and organisational control.
