About This Course

Formal mentoring programmes help organizations retain employees, increase job satisfaction and commitment, and cultivate desired organizational behaviour. This course outlines critical steps of a formal mentoring programme and explains how to set up a successful program in your own organization to kickstart the mentoring culture. The workshop will show you how to design a framework and a needs assessment for your mentoring program, create a mentoring culture, select the participants, provide training and ongoing support for participants and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme.
