Introduction

Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) is a Methodist institution with a rich heritage, offering education for boys at the secondary level and co-education at the pre-university level. As an independent school, it offers both the Integrated Programme and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Founded on 1 March 1886 by Reverend William Fitzjames Oldham, Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) became one of Singapore's first independent schools in 1988.
