allocate resources for teams to achieve
organisational goals, as well as cultivate open
communication and teamwork, and monitor,
evaluate and recognise the progress and
performance of teams in a managerial role..

2. Identify and elect work team members and align role, responsibilities, objectives and expectations of the work team to organizational goals.

4. Delegate tasks and allocate resources to facilitate work team towards the achievement of goals and objectives, taking into consideration diversity issues.
