About This Course
Purpose:
o To equip the learners with knowledge and skills to enable them in preparing for, participating in, closing and evaluating negotiations.
- Learning Outcome
At the end of the workshop, the learners should be able to:
o Plan and prepare alternatives and outcomes for both parties in negotiations to support negotiation objectives.
o Apply communication and conflict resolution techniques to achieve desired negotiation outcomes.
o Finalise negotiation and take necessary follow-up actions to close negotiation.
o Monitor and evaluate negotiation outcomes against objectives in accordance with organisational procedures.

Entry Requirements
