About This Course
This is an introduction course to using Combi Oven to cook Chinese cuisine. Traditionally the Combi Oven has been associated with the preparation of western cuisine; this course aims to train participants how to leverage on the digital/technological advantage of the Combi Oven to prepare traditional Chinese dishes. With this knowledge, participants are encouraged to adopt this innovative technolgy to transform their own kitchens.
What You'll Learn
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn to prepare a few Chinese dishes exploiting the digital/technological features of the Combi Oven.
