• be able to listen, speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) level 3.
• be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WSQ WPL Level 3.
