More than ever, Organisations today have to negotiate changes in the external and internal enviroment. Organisations which are successful in navigating these changes to drive organisational results are those who are able to effectively negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and get their buy-in. This course will introduce participants to the basic principles and process of negotiation in change management. By the end of the course, participants will be able to identify the role of negotiation in change management and apply suitable techniques and strategies for effective and successful negotiations to implement change management.
