About This Course
This course will provide comprehensive knowledge to food manufacturing industry on establishing and predicting the shelf life of their manufactured food products. Participants will be able to understand the factors affecting shelf life of foods as well as predictive models to understand the product. This will help food manufacturers to optimize their food production more efficiently and accurately estimate the shelf life of food to minimize food wastage and support sustainable food production.
