In a highly competitive business landscape, SMEs face challenges in developing leaders who can ensure sustainability and lead growth. To address this, often, the leaders are put through leadership development programs which focus on acquisition of business competencies and skills: For example, how to negotiate a winning contract, read a P&L sheet, create a strategic plan or devise meaningful metrics.
