About This Course

The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are
currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Retail industry, with in-depth
knowledge and skills in managing the front-of-house retail operations. The course emphasises on
the manager’s ability and discipline to perpetually engaging customers for developing a successful
customer loyalty and retention program. It further emphasizes on the abilities to check on popularity
of programme as well as the accuracy of customer data and co-ordinate resources needed to
manage customer loyalty programmes. Also to identify, evaluate and refine the current customer
loyalty and retention programmes in order to meet the consumer needs.

What You'll Learn

Upon completion of the module, the learners will be able to : • Recognise the types and key
features of successful customer loyalty programmes and identify company’s policies and
procedures related to customer loyalty building • Train staff to promote customer loyalty and
retention programmes • Manage customer loyalty and retention programmes to meet goals by
conducting checks and co-ordination of resources • Manage service challenges in the event of nonavailability
of customer loyalty and retention programmes

Entry Requirements

1) Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
2) Able to speak, listen, read and write Chinese at a proficiency level not lower than GCE ‘N’ or Hanban BCT (A) score not lower than 241 or BCT (B) score of not lower than 121.
3) Possess WSQ Advance Certificate in Retail Operations, WSQ Advance Certificate in Service Leadership, WSQ Advance Certificate in Leadership and People Management (LPM)
