What You'll Learn

This course aims to provide the students with the knowledge of effective data processing for predictive maintenance and optimal maintenance planning. Data from machine health monitoring sensor, operation maintenance activities on fault diagnosis and repair jobs will be analysed. Latest technology such as IoT and predictive maintenance management system, integrated maintenance planning system are introduced and provides student with hands-on experience. Cases studies are in the areas of equipment data analysis for predictive maintenance and planning are included for discussion and hands-on training.
