LU3: Outline risk management in client care.
LU4: Establish incident reporting process, legal, regulatory, and ethical compliance in client care.
Entry Requirements
The required skills and knowledge for this course are as fol-lows:
• Minimum GCE A’ Level / Diploma and/or able to read, write, listen and speak of Eng-lish to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5; and count to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5
• Able to operate a personal desktop computer / laptop with Level 2 basic computing and applications skills
• Be motivated to learn and have positive attitude towards work and commitments.
• Have interest in community and social works.
