•Learn how to analyze the "missing" talent
•Understand monetary and intangible ways to attract talent
•Understand pragmatic reasons talent leave, and typical measures to take to prevent key talent loss

•Finding and developing highly qualified Backups
•Strategic allocation of resources: compensation / development
•Culture and mindset for talent development
•Learn how to analyze an organization of different sizes & types
