About This Course
The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Retail industry, with in-depth knowledge and skills to identify target audience and analyse customer needs to determine market demand as well as to conduct environment scans to identify pertinent internal and external factors when developing new business opportunities

Entry Requirements
1) Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
2) Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 5 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
3) Possess WSQ Advance Certificate in Retail Operations, WSQ Advance Certificate in Service Leadership, WSQ Advance Certificate in Leadership and People Management (LPM)
