About This Course
The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Retail industry, with in-depth knowledge and skills in identifying the existing brand portfolio and establish research construct on selected target markets, as well as to develop brand portfolio implementation plan with types of logos, key brand messages or taglines that resonate with the organisations brands
What You'll Learn
• Develop research construct based on selected target markets
• Obtain data on performance metrics to measure effectiveness of brand equity
• Create logos, key brand messages or taglines that resonate with the organisation’s brands
• Develop brand portfolio implementation plan
• Communicate brand differentiation and guidelines to key stakeholders
• Coordinate portfolio monthly business status reports for the management
Entry Requirements
1) Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
2) Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 5 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
3) Possess WSQ Advance Certificate in Retail Operations, WSQ Advance Certificate in Service Leadership, WSQ Advance Certificate in Leadership and People Management (LPM)
4) Have attended SkillsFuture Digital Workplace (SFDW) and or other Workplace Digital Literacy Course
