Data Visualisation Practicum

About This Course

This course aims to equip participants with the ability to present data effectively using various visual techniques through graphical means. In this course, participants will have the opportunity to apply what they have learnt through hands-on practical where they perform data analysis and work on dataset to create charts, maps, animation, word cloud and a dashboard using data analytics tools.

Upon successful completion of this course, the participants will be able to:
- Perform data preparation techniques such as extracting, cleaning and integrating to pre-process data prior to analysis
- Create charts, maps, animation and word cloud using data visualisation tool
- Design dashboard for the visual representation of data
- Apply visualisation techniques for effective presentation of data through graphical means
