About This Course
By the end of the course, students will:
1. Comprehend the concept of inclusion and translate its principles into their respective professional roles and practices.
2. Acquire knowledge of children with diverse needs and apply principles of differentiation within teaching and learning activities.
3. Apply learning to advocate for all children by being a resource person to colleagues, parents and other stakeholders on strategies and policies pertaining to the care, management, and education of children in inclusive settings.
4. Evaluate their professional philosophy, values, and practices in the application of the principles of inclusion.
5. Apply strategies to build a culture of communication and collaboration within the school, and with families, professionals, and relevant stakeholders.

Entry Requirements
To be eligible for CIP, candidates need to have met the following criteria:
� Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education � Teaching (DECCE-T) or its equivalent, and
� L2 certified teachers who have been practising for at least one year.
Prerequisite modules for CIP-B
Candidates have completed the following 3 modules:
1. Introduction to Early Childhood Inclusive Practice [ECIP],
2. Learning Differences in Children [LDIC], and
3. Learning Environment for Inclusive Practice [LEIP]
