About This Course
At the end of the 2 day course, participants will be able to:
• Understand at a fundamental level the new thinking modes that we should adopt to keep up and thrive in the new age
• Review and evaluate different orgnisational culture, workplace contexts and practices as they navigate the future of work and digital age
• Recognise the future of work skills based on developing and emerging trends, organisational roles and empahsis on skills
• Review and analyse essential thinking (mindsets) for the digital age (such as) human centricity, problem solving, entrpreneurial, co-creation and innovation, resilience and growth mindsets
• Translate thinking and growth mindsets into action through individual self assessment, reflection and a personal development plan
What You'll Learn
To be prepared for the future of work, a recent 2020 publication by the World Economic Forum (WEF) highlighted the top ten essential skills in order for us to be relevant, successful and integral as part of the global workforce. Interestingly, the focus now has shifted to the emphasis on soft skills and the ability to translate these mindsets and skillsets to enable individuals to become more entrepreneurial, innovative, critical thinkers and problem solvers. Going beyond tools and frameworks, participants will learn essential core thinking traits through agile methodology, lean thinking, design thinking as well as other future oriented management and innovation approaches.
