What You'll Learn

The digital age is characterised by a strong need for agility, focus on customer centricity and design highly innovative products, services and processes. Yet much of the world still operates on fundamental patterns of thinking that are largely a byproduct of the Industrial Age which is an inhibitor to meeting the new demands and realities of the economy.

To be prepared for the future of work, a recent 2020 publication by the World Economic Forum (WEF) highlighted the top ten essential skills in order for us to be relevant, successful and integral as part of the global workforce. Interestingly, the focus now has shifted to the emphasis on soft skills and the ability to translate these mindsets and skillsets to enable individuals to become more entrepreneurial, innovative, critical thinkers and problem solvers. Going beyond tools and frameworks, participants will learn essential core thinking traits through agile methodology, lean thinking, design thinking as well as other future oriented management and innovation approaches.
