What You'll Learn
The online stores for shopping and selling, together with e-Commerce campaign activities we developed with our learners will be focused on customer acquisition and conversion. We build them from the ground up as this course has a strong focus on skills practises and is delivered in a fun experiential manner. Entry Requirements
- Some secondary/‘N’ level/’O’ level qualification and above and be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the ES WSQ WPL level 5/’N’ level.
- Mixed levels of experience, from slightly more than three years to highly experienced managers
- Any Level 2 SOA in Retail Skills Framework
- Level 2 in the aforesaid TSC
