• Practise tips on building rapport
• Identify some strategies to detect deception in communications
• Illustrate the main ideas in building friendships and relationships
• Develop skills on making an effective presentation (practising interpersonal persuasion skills)

What You'll Learn

Drawing upon psychological sciences, this module will provide you with a background on the psychology of relationships in life and work settings, including discussions about collaboration, assertiveness and conflict management. The focus will be on how to engage with individuals. Emotional intelligence theories will be discussed along with its application to the workplace and everyday scenarios to help you achieve optimal results.
