About This Course
At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to:

• Learn about the advantages and limitations of blockchain technology and appropriate use cases
• Understand the legal and regulatory environments that are in scope for smart contracts
• Understand the inherent legal risks of automated contracts and how the risk is managed

• Formulate strategies allowing for the co-existence of legal and smart contracts in a single transaction
• Understand what Cryptocurrencies are and how they work

What You'll Learn
This module teaches participants the basics of blockchain, cryptocurrencies and smart contracts. To combine both legal and smart agreements in one cohesive process will be another focus of the course. The techniques taught allow legal professionals to combine their unique domain knowledge with real-world smart contract agreements, offering their clients the best of both worlds.

Participant should have at least:

• Diploma with at least 3 years working experience
