About This Course
The aim of this course is to teach students the principles, design and applications of the medical sensors and measurement technology commonly used in the healthcare industry. Fundamental principles of sensors and devices will be covered and systemic analysis and design will also be introduced. The student will also learn about automation in designing personalized biomedical devices based on patient’s needs.

a. For non-WSP format - Relevant local polytechnic diploma or degree in engineering and sciences from recognized institutions.
