About This Course

This course equips participants with essential knowledge of the Design Thinking process and tools needed to identify their companies’ data needs through working on a project. Participants would be able to apply the knowledge and skills learnt in defining their problem, conducting user interviews, analysing user data collected for insights, and identifying their ‘user persona’ and the ‘persona’s’ needs, as part of enabling their companies to determine their data needs in support of organisational goals.
