What You'll Learn
This module will be a primer of the latest trends and framework in social financing, social innovation, collaborative philanthropy and industry terminologies for strategic giving and business sustainability. This includes an understanding of how social purpose businesses curate strategic giving program and in managing its volunteers and the operational issues in identifying stakeholders and risk management in the new digital world.
At the end of the module, students will be able to gain relevant insights, as well as a vast array of highly practical techniques frameworks and policies that are being used in the field to govern the delivery of innovative programmes, including the delivery of remote/automated services
Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirements (MER) for the SD for Digital Social Service are as follows:
• Relevant local polytechnic diploma or degree in any discipline;
• For applicants who do not meet the MER, the School will consider discretionary entry based on the structured process for discretionary entry of CET Diploma Programmes approved in Senate 02(13) DP07 Proposal for Structured Process for Discretionary Entry of CET Diploma Programmes.
