About This Course
At the end of the 3-day course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the importance of stakeholder management strategic planning and the key components for consideration in the planning.
• Learn about the stakeholder communication strategy
• Know the salient points in managing stakeholders’ expectation and in containing escalation and conflicts
• Understand the range of added controls and due diligence applicable in outsourcing
• Be aware of the regulatory and compliance requirements of outsourcing and are able to identify the key clauses and service requirements and controls to incorporate in the outsource/ vendor contracts.
