LO1: Examine the concept and importance of design thinking
LO2: Describe the traits of a design thinker
LO3: Examine how design thinking is used in other organisations in order to identify how design thinking can be applied within the organisation

What You'll Learn
However, being able to consider and integrate the diverse and complex needs of clients into our programme and service design and delivery is challenging. It is necessary for those who plan and deliver programmes and services to be equipped with the right skills.
This programme focuses on building capabilities of organisations to adapt existing programmes and services to be inclusive of diverse needs. Powered by the process of design thinking and integrated with principles of inclusive design and practices, you will embark on a journey of co-creation with our team of inclusive practitioners as you advance towards becoming an inclusive organisation.
Entry Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
• Minimum 3 months’ working experience in planning and/or delivery programmes and services to clients
• Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) level 6
• Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the ESWSQ WPL level 6
• Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WSQ Work-place Numeracy (WPN) level 6
