What You'll Learn

Organisations serve clients from various backgrounds with diverse, unique and complex needs. The clients should always be in the heart of what we do through the programmes and services designed and delivered for them – and these have to be inclusive.

However, being able to consider and integrate the diverse and complex needs of clients into our programme and service design and delivery is challenging. It is necessary for those who plan and deliver programmes and services to be equipped with the right skills.

This programme focuses on building capabilities of organisations to adapt existing programmes and services to be inclusive of diverse needs. Powered by the process of design thinking and integrated with principles of inclusive design and practices, you will embark on a journey of co-creation with our team of inclusive practitioners as you advance towards becoming an inclusive organisation.
