Change Management with Positive Intelligence (PQ) (Synchronous E-learning)
About This Course
This course is suitable for all occupational roles from the financial sector. The participant should ideally be a change agent or aspiring change leaders which include but not limited to

It aims to develop learners’
• Change management skills
• Stress management skills
• Emotional wellbeing (especially in the area of building mental fitness with the incorporation of PQ contents and free mobile app to support continuous practices and transfer of learning after the 2-day programme)
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
1. State the internal and external environment that drives changes in the organisation.
2. Show understanding of current organisational practices for change management and suggest opportunities for improvement.
3. Plan for change through understanding desired outcomes and key performances and identify the associated costs and resources.
4. Recognise the relevant stakeholders and the possible impact to the employees and stakeholders.
5. Prepare affected employees and stakeholder by communicating the intended outcomes and their roles and responsibilities to support the achievement of outcomes.
6. Encourage stakeholders to participate pro-actively in change management programme and provide scope of individual discretion and freedom to feedback to support changes.
7. Provide support and resources to enable change, suggestions to support processes and transitions and celebrate small victories to reinforce intended outcomes.
8. Monitor behavioural impact to provide documentary evidence of both the change control processes and the behavioural impacts to the relevant stakeholders.
What You'll Learn
PQ framework and its tools and techniques synthesize the best practices in neuroscience, performance science and positive psychology into the two-day course. It is also accompanied by a mobile-app that will allow learners to continuously build their neurological muscles for better mental fitness after attending the class.
Entry Requirements
Learners are required to:
• possess at least O level qualification or demonstrate English listening and speaking skills at a proficiency level not lower than the ES WSQ Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5;
• have at least 1 year of working experience; and
• be in possession of their own smart phones with Wi-Fi or mobile data access and be able to down-load mobile application onto their smart phones
