• Manage relationships with complex sets of stakeholders through the demonstration of effective interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Have a global mindset to work effectively with stakeholders from a range of cultural environments
• Work with models and methods for the management and development of human resource activities, services and programmes
• Work with privacy and confidentiality considerations that govern all human resource transactions
• Speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 or GCE N-level and above
• Manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WSQ Workplace Numeracy (WPN) level 6
