About This Course

At the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- undertake various types of analyses for describing what is happening, predicting what would happen with different strategies and prescribing the next course of actions. (Note: Participants are expected to achieve and will be assessed for competency in a wide range of analytical methods)
- generate insights across functional areas such as patient care and experience and human capital management practices (such as qualities of healthcare professionals that are most suited for various patient groups/right persons to right jobs etc). (Note: Various analytical software will be used)
- present insights to healthcare stakeholders effectively.

What You'll Learn

Building on the foundation of module 2, this module aims to equip participants with the competency to undertake healthcare data analysis at an advanced level, that will enable participants to obtain insights into various functional issues and to make informed decisions.
