About This Course
On completion of this workshop, learners should have ability to:
• TLO1: Select and manage mobile, online and social media platform to reach out to target customers
• TLO2: Develop and online mechanics and activities for e-Commerce campaigns and manage campaign budgets
• TLO3: Manage pre-campaign testing and refine campaign to enhance its effectiveness
• TLO4: Manage execution of campaign to achieve the desired results
• TLO5: Collaborate with business partners to create sales opportunities and enhance online awareness, websites’, and campaigns’ visibility
• TLO6: Evaluate customer satisfaction and sales to determine effectiveness of campaigns

Entry Requirements
• Basic requirement is Minimum “O” Level and be able to read, listen, speak and write English as a proficiency level of the Employability skills workforce skills qualification (ES WSQ LV6) workplace Literacy
• Minimum work experience for at least 3-5 years
• Age Group: 25 years and above.
