What You'll Learn

This module enables participants to review the positive youth development model and evaluate the feasibility of translating concepts to industry practice. They will also analyse the range of leadership models in synergy with youth personality development theories and ethics, so as to design purposeful youth leadership programmes.
Through the analysis of trends in the cyber world (such as cyber-bullying, scams and blue-whales challenge) and online communities, participants will then leverage technology and pertinent interest groups to outreach and engage youths and students effectively.

Entry Requirements

• Relevant local polytechnic diploma or higher qualification in any qualification;

• Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicant.
