About This Course
1. Assess and evaluate the impact of internal factors that affect consumer behaviour (i.e. personality, motivation, perception, attitude formation)
2. Assess and evaluate the impact of external factors that affect consumer behaviour (i.e. family, society, and culture)
3. Apply relevant marketing strategies based on consumer behaviour knowledge
4. Understand the framework of judgment and decision-making in behavioural insights
5. Understand the psychology theories in behavioural insights (heuristics, social norms, cognitive loading, persuasive messaging)
6. Apply the psychology theories to develop marketing solutions through behavioural insights knowledge
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
• Applicants should possess at least a local diploma qualification or equivalent from recognised institution.
• Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test.
