Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to

• Prepare an inbound marketing implementation plan
• Construct an organizational guide that drives digital marketing performance
• Prepare a customer journey plan with marketing funnels
• Create a content marketing plan to meet the objectives of the inbound marketing plan
• Measure and optimise organization’s inbound marketing strategy

What You'll Learn

The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Retail industry, with in depth knowledge and skills to identify the key features of an inbound marketing implementation plan, internalise the plan into the organisation structure, evaluate and optimise the inbound marketing efforts to enhance the digital marketing performance. Also, to prepare and create a content marketing plan to meet the requirements of the customer journey plan.

Entry Requirements

1) Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.

2) Able to speak, listen, read and write Chinese at a proficiency level not lower than GCE ‘N’ or Hanban BCT (A) score not lower than 241 or BCT (B) score of not lower than 121.
