What You'll Learn

Brands – big or small, business-to-business, business-to-consumer or governments – have been around for hundreds of years, working through brick and mortar outlets to bring their products or services to the people. The digital revolution has changed all that.

Today, Digital Natives as well as Digital Immigrants use online as their first port of call; to inform, compare, decide. And they judge brands not just based on what they are selling but also how they are selling it, which experiences they offer and what they stand for.

This class looks at digital as an opportunity – to create better experiences in segments that customers flock to, consistent across all online and offline touchpoints, and to understand how brands can use data obtained from online sources to generate insights.
