What You'll Learn
This module introduces students to the relationship between human resource management and the organisation’s business strategy. Students will gain an appreciation of how the various HR functions are interlinked for the smooth operation of the business.

Relevant WSQ Diploma with Level 6 WSQ Workplace Literacy SOA and Workplace Numeracy SOA
For applicants who do not meet the MER, the polytechnics will consider discretionary entry based on the structured process for discretionary entry to CET diploma programmes.
