About This Course
The course aims to nurture relevant logistic and procurement executives with the domain knowledge of PURCHASING & VENDOR methodology to manage purchasing operations well.
Learners will be able to develop good documentation system in their purchasing and logistics value chain.

This course is targeted at logistics and supply chain executives who are working in the purchasing, planning and vendor management department.
The learners will need to apply the system operations flow in purchasing and the ability to perform a vendor’s audit.
The learners will be applying risk analysis and the mitigation process in order to ensure that the company is able to function productively with minimum risks.
The course will cover
1) Stages of contract lifecycle
2) Risk analysis and mitigation
3) Vendor analysis
4) Service level agreements

Entry Requirements
• Aged 18 and above;
• Minimum completed Secondary Education and minimum 1 year of working experience.
Learners who do not possess the assumed knowledge and skills set would be encouraged to pursue SIMM’s preparatory course so that they can improve to undertake the course in the future
