What You'll Learn
This module provides an in-depth understanding to optimising revenue in the airline industry. It provides a framework for the students to examine the factors that contribute to the commercial success of an airline. Students will evaluate and apply airline key performance indicators, rate plans, booking trends and patterns to forecast and devise marketing and revenue plans. Students will also apply principles and techniques across various airline business environments to optimise revenue, yield, and profitability and concurrently balance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Entry Requirements
Applicants should have a relevant (Engineering or Hospitality) diploma or degree. Applicants should preferably also have at least two years of relevant working experience.
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least five years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test.
