Circular Design and Business Modelling Masterclass (Synchronous e-learning)

About This Course

This hands-on course is aimed at manufacturing companies and entrepreneurs of all kinds looking to explore Circular Economy and Circular Design for their products and services. The course empowers entrepreneurs, business- and product-owners with a practice-based understanding of circular business models and circular design principles, enabling them to accelerate the circular transformation of their business. The course is based on the CIRCO methodology which is co-developed with the Technical University Delft (NL). Participants will join the course in teams, bringing a real life business challenge with them. They will focus and directly work on this challenge throughout the course and thus make concrete first steps in the development of new circular products, services and business models. They will learn how to identify value destruction in their current linear business model and supply chain and identify opportunities to restore or create new value for their business, their customers and the environment by applying the actionable circular framework. Participants will leave the course with a tangible, detailed and actionable roadmap for circular transformation, which they can use to move forward with, in their journey towards circularity. The CIRCO methodology has been successfully applied internationally for businesses across a wide field of sectors from manufacturing, consumer goods, hospitality and the built environment to name just a few.
