About This Course

The objective of this course is to provide a technological overview of the eco-system of digital transformation at Financial Institutions. This course will cover:
• Innovation in digital customer onboarding for improved customer experience
• Innovation in digital lending using artificial intelligence techniques to create new digital products
• Data engineering & data science for improved working capital product management
• Innovation in digital compliance using artificial intelligence & Fintech products in regulation technology (RegTech).
• Emerging digital technology adoption for digital customer experience.
• There will be a large focus on Fintech, API banking and platform banking that affect the financial transactions of corporate & Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) customers.
• Transforming to cloud computing to unleash the power of open API banking, embracing Banking as a Service (BaaS).
Innovation in digital compliance to deal with cyber security & fraudulent transaction handling using RegTech solutions.
• Application development strategy using new digital programming methods & application re-engineering techniques.

What You'll Learn

The Banking industry is going through a massive disruption with the Fintech, platform & Application programming interface (API) banking evolution and changing customer behaviour. Embracing digital solutions to offer digital banking to customers as well as digitizing complex and manual internal processes is no longer an option for banks. For a bank, digital transformation is not only adopting new digital tools, but it will also mean revising the customer journey, digital experience, operating model, creating new digital culture, and creating a partner ecosystem that will redefine the banking services delivered to customers.
