CERTIFICATE IN MECHANICAL SYSTEM AND BUILDING MANAGEMENT
About This Course
Facilities managers are required to have a good handle on the practical aspects of everyday management of a typical facility. This involves both ‘hard’ facilities management, which relates to the physical fabric of the building and cannot be removed, as well as ‘soft’ facilities management, which are services that make the facility more pleasant to be in and may not always be compulsory. Accordingly, this certificate aims to equip aspiring facility managers with both ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ facilities management skills.
