1. Make basic cake in accordance with the industrial standards,
2. Make cookies in accordance with the industrial standards,
3. Make muffins and scones in accordance with the industrial standards,
4. Make tarts and short-crust pastries in accordance with the industrial standards,
5. Make choux pastries in accordance with the industrial standards.
What You'll Learn
On completion of this course, learners will acquire the knowledge and abilities to bake basic level pastry products.
Entry Requirements
Entry requirements are as follows:
a) Age: 21 and above
b) Education level: Primary education;
c) Workplace Literacy & Numeracy level: At least level 2 (listening/speaking and reading/writing)
