About This Course
Learners will acquire the skills and knowledge to implement the design thinking in their workplace. They can apply design thinking methodologies and executes design thinking processes to improve self-productivity and self-efficiency.

Entry Requirements
Learners are assumed to be keen to learn more about how Design Thinking can be adopted for driving important business decisions. Learners should possess a positive attitude and apply the new skill they have gained back in their workplace.
Learners are assumed to be able to: 
●	demonstrate listening and speaking skills (English) at a level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 5 
●	demonstrate reading and writing (English) at a level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 5 
●	demonstrate numeracy skills at a level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Numeracy Level 5
Learners are expected to:
●	possess basic personal computer skills
●	operate a personal computer independently
