About This Course

This short course will cover the skills required for early childhood educators to develop a professional e-portfolio to support their professional development. Learners will be taught how to reflect on their professional practice, use reflective language and use this in goal setting for development.

What You'll Learn

Learners will be able to:
1. Apply the reflection cycle and reflective language to reflective practice as an educator
2. Set goals for professional development
3. Create an e-portfolio
4. Use appropriate citation and digital tools to credit external sources and protect the privacy of minors

Entry Requirements

- Be ECDA-certified as EY2/ L1/ L2
- Currently employed in a childcare registered or licensed with ECDA
