Circular Organisational Design (Synchronous e-Learning)

About This Course

Circular Organizational Design combines Circularity principles and Organizational development. This 1-day course focuses on designing organizations based on Circularity. The course begins with an overview of Circular organizational principles and processes. A large part of the workshop will be focused on the use of business modeling tools, analytical frameworks, and governance strategies to design new business opportunities and/or transform existing organizational practices in a Circular manner. The concepts will be further deepened through case studies and simulated workshops, where participants will apply what they have learned. The pedagogical approach will be a mixture of content lectures, hands-on activities, and case study examinations.
