About This Course
The focus of the workshop is on how managers and leaders create a future workforce that can adapt itself to the world as it changes. At the end of the 2-day course, participants will:
- Determine the most effective way to engage our employees, cope and respond well to change as an individual and motivate others to move with change
- Humanising employees’ innovation readiness to match the needs of customers and to plan the future of work as well as service culture for own organisation
