The topics covered include introduction to various digital media analytical tools and their purposes, extrapolation and analysing data from various sources, evaluation of sentiment analytics; and decision-making from analytics, such as selecting KPIs and targets for campaigns and business operations, arranging monitoring effectiveness of communication strategies and follow-up actions, as well as assessing long-term targets and actions.

This module introduces students to various digital media analytical tools and how to uncover and organize trends and patterns for the purpose of gaining insights for business planning and decision-making for communication strategies and business operations.
Entry Requirements
Applicants should possess a relevant local polytechnic diploma or degree in any discipline. For applicants who do not meet the MER, the polytechnics will consider discretionary entry based on the structured process for discretionary entry to CET diploma programmes.
